I create each item especially for you after your order is placed and paid for.  My normal turn-around time for custom t-shirts is two weeks, boutique outfits and baby sets is three weeks, and hairbows is one week.  If you need an item to be shipped out of my studio in less than that amount of time, please first contact me to see if I am able to meet your deadline, and second, purchase this upgrade in addition to the item of your choice.  Thanks:)
